Our P7 pupils have been getting hands-on with coding using the BBC micro:bit!
They’ve learned how to give clear instructions to make their micro:bits respond — from showing happy and sad faces at the press of a button, to playing short pieces of music, and even scrolling their own names across the screen.
It’s been fantastic to see pupils experimenting, problem-solving, and supporting each other as they tested their ideas. This activity was a fun and creative introduction to computing, showing how small devices can do some very clever things!
